We only access what is necessary to perform the integration you configured.
Session and persistent cookies, web beacons, pixels, and analytics scripts. Manage preferences through your browser settings.

Vantage uses embedded AI (including "Winston") for workflow assistance, automation, and recommendations. Your data may be processed by AI features only when explicitly configured in a workflow. You may request human review of significant automated decisions as required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
All third-party OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access tokens are refreshed automatically; raw credentials are never stored in plaintext. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations, which immediately deletes stored tokens.
Vantage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

Similar protections apply to Microsoft integrations (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams). OAuth tokens are encrypted and deletable via Settings.
Your information may be transferred to countries outside your own, including the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and agreement enforcement. Upon account deletion, data is deleted or de-identified except where legally required.
